Outside Sales Position
Leading NEC telephone system dealer seeking high energy, self-driven
professionals to join our sales team. Must have superior written
and verbal skills including excellent presentation skills. Knowledge
of NEC PBX and Key systems, including: voice mail systems, Auto
Attendant, Call Accounting systems, T1's, ISDN/PRI, and Cable Plant
designs preferred. Carrier Service knowledge a plus. Carrier Service
knowledge a plus. Job duties include maintaining client databases,
networking, cold calling, and consultant relationships. Must have
strong MS Word and Excel skills. This is an exceptional career opportunity
for an aggressive sales professional. This position targets sales
of the NEC Elite and NEC NEAX 2000 product lines to small and mid-market
customers in the Chicago land area. The position includes technical
and sales training, but successful sales experience -especially
technical- is preferred. Candidate should be intelligent, hardworking,

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
90% of this job involves cold-calling/prospecting for new business
(Some leads are provided.) As a Telecom Sales Consultant, you will
be responsible for meeting/exceeding a monthly sales quota. This
will be accomplished by prospecting, presenting, and closing potential
clients via phone and face-to-face contact.
