Maintenance and Support Programs

Southwestern Telephone & Cable offers maintenance plans to fit a variety of needs, however we can customize maintenance programs that meets all of your requirements. Listed below are the various maintenance programs we currently offer:

Gold Maintenance Plan:
  1. STC would be fully responsible for the service and maintenance of your telephone system; replacement parts and labor are included at no charge.
  2. Additional training on the use of your system is available to your employees at no charge, throughout the maintenance period.
  3. 2 hr. response to major outages, 24 hours for minor outages.
  4. 24 hr, 7 days a week coverage for major outages including holidays.
  5. Travel time is included in this program.
  6. You will not be charged for on-site visits that are the result of a local carrier problem.
  7. Additional user guides available at no charge.

Silver Maintenance Plan:

  1. STC would be fully responsible for the service and maintenance of your telephone system, labor is provided at no charge.
  2. Additional training on the use of your system is available to your employees at no charge, throughout the maintenance period.
  3. 2 hr. response to major outages, 24 hours for minor outages 24 hr, 7 days a week coverage for major outages including holidays.
  4. Travel time is included in this program.
  5. You will not be charged for on-site visits that are the result of a local carrier problem.
  6. Additional user guides are available at no charge.

Bronze Maintenance Plan:

  1. 2 hr. response to major outages, 24 hours for minor outages.
  2. Travel time is included in this program.
  3. 24 hr, 7 days a week coverage for major outages including holidays.
  4. You will not be charged for on-site visits that are the result of a local carrier problem.
  5. Additional user guides are available at no charge.
  6. Defective handset cords are replaced at no charge.
  7. Defective base cords are replaced at no charge.
  8. Reduced hourly rate - $75 per hour with no 2 hour minimum.
